DESCRIPTION:
The General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics for the United States Air Force (USAF). Designed as an air superiority day fighter, it evolved into a successful all-weather multirole aircraft. Over 4,500 aircraft have been built since production was approved in 1976. Although no longer being purchased by the U.S. Air Force, improved versions are still being built for export customers. In 1993, General Dynamics sold its aircraft manufacturing business to the Lockheed Corporation, which in turn became part of Lockheed Martin after a 1995 merger with Martin Marietta.

The Fighting Falcon has key features including a frameless bubble canopy for better visibility, side-mounted control stick to ease control while maneuvering, a seat reclined 30 degrees to reduce the effect of g-forces on the pilot, and the first use of a relaxed static stability/fly-by-wire flight control system helps to make it a nimble aircraft. The F-16 has an internal M61 Vulcan cannon and 11 locations for mounting weapons and other mission equipment. The F-16's official name is "Fighting Falcon", but "Viper" is commonly used by its pilots, due to a perceived resemblance to a viper snake as well as the Battlestar Galactica Colonial Viper starfighter.

In addition to active duty U.S. Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command, and Air National Guard units, the aircraft is also used by the USAF aerial demonstration team, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, and as an adversary/aggressor aircraft by the United States Navy. The F-16 has also been procured to serve in the air forces of 25 other nations. From Wikipedia

This terrain is completely fictional and not based on any realworld location.
I tried to acchieve a look that differs from other terrains, as it is always nice to have some variation.

Background:
The area of Bariga had to be evacuated because of an incident in a research facility nearby. Nobody ever returned and the evidence of the escape in a hurry still can be found all arround the settlements.

some specs:
- size: 25 km²
- over 309000 objects (mostly plants though ;-) )
- custom terrain-textures

Description:
This mod adds a fictional "future" version of the Russian Armed Forces to ArmA 3. It can be used to complement the other 2035 factions in the game.
Featured are unique uniforms, vests and gear (with their own models and textures) and included is the regular army, recon, paratroopers, sniper teams etc. in either Digital Flora or Berezhka camouflage.

Also, a lot of vanilla ArmA3 assets are utilized, especially vehicles which are retextured with the modern "Nakidka" camo.

Another thing included are the AK12 weapons and fictional "12" variants of others (using Vilas' AK12 model as a basis). Marskman DLC features are compatible.

We plan on expanding the roster, gear and armament with further versions. Same goes for some of the ArmA3 assets/placeholders (CSAT RPG-42 etc.) that will be replaced in the future.

Ares is a mod aimed expanding the tools available to Zeus so that it is possible to create more varied and compelling missions. The goal is to add simple useful functionality to Zeus without requiring extra mods running on other clients or the server.

Ares is designed to work with dedicated servers which may be running missions that allow JIP and respawn. The new functionality it is aimed at running with trusted players in a structured mission and is not recommended for general 'public server' play.

Just published hotfix 0.0.7c.
I withdraw my previous statement that any plane from 3rd party add-ons should work for the CAS module. It's more a trial and error situation. RHS is fine, but CUP for instance hardly works. I won't consider fixing this issue as it would require an individual treatment for each incompatible plane.

HOW TO:
- Put a backpack on the floor
- Select the menu to take the backpack in ventral position.

GAMEPLAY :
- When you have a backpack in ventral position , the player can t run !!!
- You can not have access directly to the inventory of your backpack in the ventral position.
- TF or ACRE RADIO RADIO LONG RANGE do not work in the prone position.
- Sometimes , the bag disappears doc (bad position in the vehicle ... ) . But the menu command " put the backpack on the ground " remains functional .

Have you ever felt the need to look at the aircraft fixed gauges, because it had no HUD?
Have you ever crashed your aircraft because you were distracted looking at such gauges?
Have you ever wished the Advanced Flight Model GUI existed in the Standard Flight Model?

If that's your case then I'm glad to tell you that VPHUD seeks to solve all those problems and wishes you ever had before.

VPHUD is a seamless addon that adds two virtual gauges to all aircraft which do not have native HUD support.
A Artificial Horizon to help you understand when your airplane is upside down, or if you're landing your helicopter perfectly leveled.
A Vertical Speed Indicator to give you crucial information if the landing you're attempting to make is too harsh for your aircraft to handle.
Some other misc information is also available such as height from surfaces (not ground terrain) and speed.

- Resizable/Repositionable Gauges: Using the VPHUD Options menu you'll be able to increase or decrease size of VPHUD and adjust the spacing between gauges.
- Toggeable Virtual Crosshair: Using the VPHUD Options menu you'll be able to activate a virtual crosshair to aid aiming. The crosshair color and transparency can also be adjusted.
- Imperial System added: Using the VPHUD Options menu you'll be able to change between the default Metric System and Imperial System of units.
- Forceable VPHUD: Using the VPHUD Options menu you'll be able to force VPHUD to (not) show up, even if that aircraft has been filtered to (not) use VPHUD by default.
- RHS and CUP vehicles filtering added: RHS and CUP vehicles will now be filtered if they have native HUD or not. (If I missed any or filtered one by acident, let me know.)

Fixed from v1.0
- VPHUD not showing up if player started mission already inside an aircraft. (Undetected bug before release.)
